Svaki novi igrač ima 1000 poena. Svaki put kad ubiješ nekog, dobijaš određeni broj poena u zavisnosti od: a) žrtvinog ranka po poenima, i b) upotrebljenog oružja Kad ubiješ drugog igrača sa više poena nego što sam imaš, dobijaš više poena nego kad ubiješ drugog igrača koji ima manje poena od tebe. Stoga, ubistvo novog ili lošije plasiranog igrača ne donosi onoliko poena koliko ubistvo provplasiranog na ranku. I, ako ubiješ nekog nožem, dobijaš više poena nego kad ubiješ nekog npr. puškom.
Kad te ubiju, gubiš odredjeni broj poena, što opet zavisi od ranka onog ko te je ubio i oružja kojim te je ubio (izgubićeš manje poena kad te puškom ubije prvi na ranku, nego kad te nožem ubije loše plasiran igrač. Zbog svega ovoga, penjanje na ranku je relativno lako, ali je teško ostati na vrhu.
Konkretno, formule za poene su:
Poeni ubice = Poeni ubice + (Poeni žrtve / Poeni Ubice) x Koeficijent oružja x 5
Poeni žrtve = Poeni žrtve – (Poeni žrtve / Poeni Ubice) x Koeficijent oružja x 5

Koeficijent oružja se koristi da se odredi koliko poena ćeš dobiti ili izgubiti kad ubiješ nekog, ili kad drugi igrač ubije tebe. Veći koeficijent znači da se dobija više poena kad se ubije tim oružjem (i više poena se gubi kad budeš ubijen tim oružjem). Koeficijent se kreće od 0.00 do 2.00
